The greatest pitching duel ofall time was in this game. Tom and Tim Belcher put on a classic, that only featured 3 hits. Better than Koufax's by alot.

Tom Browning and Tim Belcher: 2 Pitchers that will pass through history making their mark in one of baseball's most greatest rivalries: Cincinnati Reds vs. Los Angeles Dodgers. Browning pitches a perfect game against a team that goes on to become World Champions about a month later, and ejected Gibson even becomes the heroe of the World Series! What drama and cool action. Always will be a great memory :)

I listened to this game late into the night after the long rain delay and the following year WLW replayed the game so the we could all tape it and enjoy it for years to come...and I still do.
Thanks Tom for such a great memory!
